Simply unconsciousness? The mind running free while the psychical
body stays behind? Once someone realises that they are in a dream, they essentially
become God. Bending the Everything through their own power of will, their own desires
and needs could be met entirely through control of the mind and unconscious, the Reality inside a mind.
Reality outside of the mind is controlled entirely by fate, out of grasp from human authority.
Although, if one were powerful enough, aware enough, Godly enough, they can grant their own fate.
Create and facilitate their own fortune. But, this is still often limited,
as human perception can only go so far in the external Reality.
